1. Starry Sky Tours & Experiences
All celestial observation events rely heavily on clear weather conditions. We want you to have the best possible view of the night sky.
- Booking: Reservations must be completed and paid in full prior to the event start time.
- Weather Considerations: In the event of dense cloud cover, storms, or poor visibility, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the stargazing tour. If we cancel due to weather, you may choose an alternative date or receive a full refund.
- Safety & Equipment: We provide professional astronomical equipment. Participants must follow our guides' instructions to ensure safe handling of all optical instruments and maintain dark adaptation.
2. Telescope Shop Purchases
Our shop offers a curated selection of telescopes, eyepieces, and observation accessories. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
- Product Availability: We do our best to maintain accurate inventory, but high demand for specialized equipment may cause occasional delays.
- Returns & Exchanges: Optical equipment must be returned in pristine, unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Damaged or modified instruments will not be accepted.
- Warranties: Telescopes are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. We are happy to assist you in processing claims for defective optics or mounts.
3. Participant Conduct
To preserve the dark-sky environment, all guests must minimize artificial light use during the stargazing sessions.
- White light flashlights and unfiltered mobile phone screens are strictly prohibited near the observation area.
- We will provide appropriate red-light illumination for safe movement around the telescopes.
- Disruptive behavior or failure to comply with safety guidelines will result in removal from the tour without a refund.
4. Modifications to the Terms
We may periodically update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our astronomical tours or shop policies. The most current version will always be available on this page, and we encourage you to review it before booking a new experience or making a purchase.
